ABOUT OUR TRAINER
I've been training for 5 years now. I'm a certified Master Sports & Fitness trainer as well as Level 2 Nutritionist. My plan is to improve the lives of others mentally, physically, and emotionally through diet and exercise. Fitness has always been apart of my life, due to my father lifting around me when I was a kid & playing sports. From my childhood until 2017 there weren't many days that I had missed the gym. In 2017 I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease(Spine,Back), and this put me away from lifting and training for 5-6 months. The time away made me look further into my approach to training and the way that I eat. These adjustments have changed my life for the better in so many ways. The things we consume can make or break our life and I will improve the lives of as many people as possible with the knowledge I have gained. Everyone deserves to live their best life and you haven't lived your best life until you've seen what diet and nutrition can do for you.
