Certified Elite trainer, DBC Level 1 Certified, & Level 2 Nutritionist Jeremy Watford started his Black Owned business to improve the lives of others mentally, physically, and emotionally through diet and exercise. From my childhood until 2017 there weren't many days that I had missed the gym. In 2017 he was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease(Spine, Back), and this put him away from exercising for 5-6 months. The time away made him look further into his approach to training and the way that we eat. These adjustments have changed his life for the better in so many ways. The things we consume can make or break our life. He will improve the lives of as many people as possible with the knowledge he's have gained. Everyone deserves to live their best life and you haven't lived your best life until you've seen what proper movement and better nutrition can do for YOU.
